Armin Gesswein

Reverend Armin R. Gesswein, professor of evangelism, revival and the work of the Holy Spirit at Gordon College, was chapel speaker for the week of November 22, 1943. His theme was "God's Best." Gesswein played an important part in the Norwegian revival of 1937-38. An ordained Lutheran, he studied at Concordia Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO, under Dr. Walter Maier of the famed "Lutheran Hour." While in Wheaton Gesswein also spoke at the Bible Church and College Church.
