Ralph Neighbour

Dr. R.E. Neighbour delivered an address in Wheaton's chapel in March, 1924. The famed preacher emphasized the importance of biblical inerrancy in a day of encroaching liberalism, and that Christ freely quoted scripture to combat Satan.
