James McDonald Orr

Lieutenant colonel James McDonald Orr, U.S. Army Ret, age 80 of Huntsville, passed away September 20, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia and is buried at Arlington National Cemetery. LtCol. Orr was a graduate of Wheaton College and received a master's degree from Tulane University. He was a career Army Officer of 23 years including tours in Germany, Vietnam and Thailand. His awards include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, and Army Commendation Medal.
