Fred Rittgers

Fred Rittgers (1939) died October 31, 1949, in Ankeny, Iowa, where his tractor tipped over and crushed him. He leaves his wife and four children, and youngest just three months. He was a Celt at Wheaton, played varsity football in his senior year, sang in the men's glee club, and was a member of a gospel quartet.
