Jean Schumacher

Jean H. Schumacher was born April 8, 1921, in Berne, Ind., to William and Lillie Moser Habegger. On July 2, 1944, she married Emerson Basinger, who died Aug. 28, 1982. On Dec. 27, 1985, she married Nelson Schumacher, who died Dec. 22, 2011. Mrs. Schumacher was a homemaker and partner in Basinger Builders, Pandora. She was a member of St. John Mennonite Church, Pandora. She was a graduate of Berne High School and Wheaton College, Wheaton, Ill. She died on May 25, 2012, at age 91.
