Cheryl Alemán
Cheryl Alemán grew up in Michigan, the daughter of a teacher and a businessman who also served as a church deacon. She graduated from Wheaton College in 1980 and received her law degree from the University of Colorado. She married her husband, Omar, a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent and served on Wheaton's Board of Visitors from 2003 to 2007. She was a committed member of the Calvary Chapel Congregation and served as a Broward County (Florida) Circuit Judge. She died December 2, 2010 at age 52. |
