World Christian Fellowship (WCF) started out as a branch of the StudentForeign Missions organization in the 1930's and went by the name ofForeign Missions Fellowship. The group went through several namechanges until in 1975 when World Christian Fellowship became the newname. WCF has and still meets weekly for sessions of worship andfellowship with a focus on missions. The Missions in Focus week is aproduct of WCF and works to bring world missions in to the spotlight ofthe entire campus, raising awareness and encouraging students to servethe Lord overseas. The 1995 Wheaton College revival started at a Sundaynight WCF meeting. |
