World Christian Fellowship (WCF) started out as a branch of the |
Student Foreign Missions organization in the 1930's and went by the name |
of Foreign Missions Fellowship. The group went through several |
name changes until in 1975 when World Christian Fellowship became the newname. WCF has and still meets weekly for sessions of worship |
and fellowship with a focus on missions. The Missions in Focus week is |
a product of WCF and works to bring world missions in to the spotlight |
of the entire campus, raising awareness and encouraging students to |
serve the Lord overseas. The 1995 Wheaton College revival started at a |
Sunday night WCF meeting. |
